Ted At Work
	Ted works out of his shop near the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, in the Tennessee valley. His one man shop crafts instruments which are as pleasing to the ear as they are the eye. Ted works closely with players and collectors to create instruments to each persons specifications. Ted's love of wood and his close proximity to the Appalachians make him an authority on "Red Spruce" which is found in the Appalachian Mountains from Georgia to Maine. He supplies many luthiers with "Red Spruce" tops.

Ted has built many fine instruments since he began his journey with the wood in 1980. His love of wood has taken him all across America in search of his craft. Ted's eye for the detail and his ear for tone give him the ability to create one of a kind instruments. His love of building is surpassed only by his love of old cars.
